This magazine cover looks very smart and professional, as
there are a number of clever techniques and ideas included in the cover. One
technique which gives the cover a professional appearance is the way that the
badge fades into and matches the student’s blazer, and becomes part of the
student. One criticism of this would be of the main header, as it blends in
with the background and is not easy to read. The same thing has happened with
the white sub-heading on the students shirt collar, as the colours clash and it
becomes almost impossible to read. The text is also too small and leaves too
much dead space around the model in the photo, and should instead be larger and
in a different font to catch the audience eye and interest them.
